So if you are at all familiar with the gaps diet you might think that the title of this article is a complete joke. Trust me when I first saw what the gaps diet was I thought the same thing.
I have found however some creative ways to make the gaps diet more appealing.

Here are some of the ways:
Blend ginger put in container with water. Use as a sauce.

Mix blended ginger with honey. Use for tea and yogurt.

When you make bone broth do not skim fat off the top. After you cool in the fridge the fat will solidify on top. Use fat to put on boiled veggies and meat with the ginger garlic mixture. You can also put meat and veggies in the oven with the ginger garlic and fat. Add a little salt. After 30 to 40 min. You have a yourself a very tasty meal!
